- Includes everything in Investor, plus:

  - Tenant portal (tenants view their tenancy and report issues)
  - Rent review against live ONS local rent data, with Section 13 notice generation
  - Tenancy agreement generator (England, Renters' Rights Act compliant)

## Notes

- Plan changes are self-serve. Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period already paid for.
